Xiaomi has officially introduced the Xiaomi Book Pro 14, expanding its premium laptop lineup with a device focused on high performance, long battery life, and an ultra-thin design.
The highlight of the new laptop is its impressive battery performance. Powered by the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor, Xiaomi claims the device can deliver up to 19.8 hours of battery life, outperforming the MacBook Pro 14 in several scenarios.

Battery Performance and Efficiency
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 comes with a 72Wh battery. According to Xiaomi’s internal benchmarks:
- It can handle 15.8 hours of online meetings, slightly higher than the MacBook Pro 14’s 15.6 hours.
- For video streaming, it offers 12.4 hours of playback, compared with 12.1 hours on Apple’s laptop.
These numbers position the device as a strong competitor in battery endurance within the premium ultrabook segment.

Ultra-Light Design and Premium Build
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 is designed to be extremely lightweight while maintaining durability. Xiaomi President Lu Weibing said the laptop uses a unibody die-cast magnesium alloy chassis, which is around 30% lighter than traditional aluminum designs.
The laptop weighs just 1.08kg, achieved by using smartphone-style stacking technology in its internal architecture.
Additional design highlights include:
- 3D hot-pressed high-strength carbon fiber bottom panel
- Titanium alloy internal keyboard support plate
- 14.95mm thin chassis
- 14-inch display
The laptop will be available in three colors:
- Soft Fog Blue
- White
- Elegant Gray
Deep Integration With Xiaomi Ecosystem
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 is also built to act as a hub for the HyperOS ecosystem.
Using HyperConnect, the laptop can seamlessly interact with other Xiaomi devices such as smartphones, tablets, and smart home products, enabling cross-device collaboration and file sharing.
Powerful Internals
At the heart of the device is the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor, which features:
- 16-core configuration
- 18MB L3 cache
- Built using Intel’s 18A manufacturing process
For graphics, the laptop includes 12Xe integrated graphics, which Xiaomi says provide around 70% higher performance at lower power consumption compared with earlier generations.
To maintain stable performance, Xiaomi has equipped the laptop with:
- 10,000 mm² vapor chamber cooling system
- High-speed silent fan
- Ability to sustain up to 50W performance output
Memory and Storage
Although final configurations have not been fully confirmed, rumors suggest the laptop may offer:
- Up to 32GB RAM
- Up to 1TB SSD storage
These specifications would allow the laptop to handle 4K video editing, heavy multitasking, and even AAA gaming workloads.
Pricing and Availability
Xiaomi has not yet revealed the official release date or global pricing for the Xiaomi Book Pro 14. However, based on its specifications and build quality, the laptop is expected to be positioned as a premium ultrabook competitor in the global market.
