Super Power Launches Titan R250T and Nitro R300 in Pakistan

Super power

Super Power has expanded its motorcycle lineup in Pakistan with the launch of two higher-displacement petrol bikes, the Titan R250T and Nitro R300. The company had earlier confirmed plans to unveil four new two-wheelers. These included two petrol motorcycles and two electric models. Now, the two Super Power petrol bikes mark the brand’s new push into the higher-capacity segment.

Both motorcycles target riders who want more performance than traditional 70cc, 125cc, and 150cc commuter bikes. However, these riders do not want to jump straight into the much more expensive imported big-bike category.

Super Power Titan R250T

The Titan R250T is the more premium petrol motorcycle in the new lineup. However, despite its name, the bike uses a 248cc engine.

It gets a twin-cylinder, four-stroke, SOHC engine with liquid cooling. The engine produces 19 kW, or around 25.5 hp, at 9,000 rpm. It also delivers 21.5 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.

Super Power has paired the engine with a six-speed gearbox. The bike also uses electronic fuel injection instead of the carbureted systems still common on many commuter motorcycles in Pakistan. The Titan comes with significantly more equipment than smaller Super Power motorcycles. It also features dual front disc brakes, front and rear ABS, traction control, and dual cameras.

For riders upgrading from 125cc or 150cc motorcycles, the Titan offers a more substantial step forward. Moreover, its twin-cylinder engine and stronger safety package make it the more advanced option in the new petrol lineup.

Super Power Nitro R300

The second new petrol motorcycle is the Super Power Nitro R300. Despite the 300cc branding, official specifications list an actual displacement of 271.3cc. Unlike the Titan, the Nitro uses a single-cylinder engine. It is also a four-stroke unit with oil cooling and a balance shaft.

The engine produces 16 kW, or about 21.5 hp, at 8,500 rpm. Maximum torque stands at 22 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The Nitro also gets a six-speed gearbox and EFI. Additionally, Super Power has equipped it with front and rear ABS, remote ignition, and electric start.

The Nitro follows a simpler mechanical setup than the Titan. However, its larger engine, six-speed transmission, EFI, and ABS still place it well above the basic commuter motorcycles that dominate Pakistan’s volume market.
