Pakistan has announced a fresh increase in fuel prices after issuing a new government notification. The revised petrol prices include a Rs4.93 per litre increase in petrol and a Rs7.15 per litre rise in diesel. The updated rates take effect immediately under the latest pricing decision.

According to the official notification, the government increased the price of petrol by Rs4.93 per litre. As a result, the new petrol price has reached Rs320.73 per litre. Motorists across the country will now pay the revised rate.

The government also increased the price of high-speed diesel by Rs7.15 per litre. The latest adjustment makes diesel more expensive for transport operators, commercial vehicles, and other sectors that rely on the fuel.

Officials issued the revised fuel prices through the latest government notification. The announcement confirmed that both petrol and diesel rates have been updated under the existing fuel pricing mechanism.

Pakistan reviews fuel prices regularly to reflect changes in international oil markets and other pricing factors. Therefore, the government adjusts petroleum product prices whenever required under the approved formula.

The latest increase comes as fuel prices continue to fluctuate. Changes in global oil prices often influence local petroleum rates. As a result, consumers and businesses closely monitor every price revision.

Higher fuel prices may affect transportation and operating costs in different sectors. Consumers may also experience increased expenses because fuel costs influence the prices of many goods and services.

The revised petrol prices now set petrol at Rs320.73 per litre, while diesel has also become more expensive after the latest increase. The government confirmed the updated rates through its official notification.
