Fresh court documents have brought forward serious Amir Khan allegations involving a British-Pakistani woman.
The former world champion now faces a storm of claims hidden inside a UK defamation case. According to recently filed court papers, Khan secretly filmed explicit videos with a woman without her knowledge. Furthermore, the documents allege that he later tried to silence her using threats.
These Amir Khan allegations appear in a defense submitted by women’s rights activist Faryaal Hussain. She is fighting a defamation lawsuit brought by Khan and his wife, Faryal Makhdoom. Therefore, Hussain argues her previous public statements were true and made in the public interest. Additionally, she submitted audio recordings to support her defense.
The unnamed woman, identified as Woman B, reportedly met Khan through social media in 2022. He then arranged for her to travel to Dubai. Meanwhile, the filing admits the two had consensual relations on at least two occasions. However, during one encounter, Khan allegedly recorded her on his mobile phone without consent. Consequently, the woman tried to cover her face when she realized he was filming her.
Still, the claims do not stop there. The court papers also state that after their relationship ended, Khan threatened to release compromising footage. Moreover, those threats reportedly came directly and through third parties. Finally, the defense also includes allegations against Makhdoom. She allegedly contacted some women and their family members after learning of their links to her husband.
Khan and Makhdoom strongly deny every claim. Instead, their legal team calls the accusations false, defamatory, and malicious. The couple argues Hussain’s statements caused serious reputational and financial harm. Therefore, they seek an injunction to stop her from publishing further allegations.
The case now proceeds before the High Court. No final ruling has occurred yet. Nevertheless, these Amir Khan allegations have already sparked widespread public debate. The truth will ultimately depend on evidence and testimony during the trial.
