Toyota Announces Massive Price Increase for Several Models

Toyota price increase

Toyota has confirmed a significant price increase in Pakistan for several imported models. The changes follow new rules introduced under the Finance Act 2026. Therefore, buyers eyeing certain Toyota vehicles will now pay considerably more than before.

According to the revised price list, the increases stem from an additional Special Excise Duty. The government imposed this duty on imported vehicles with engine capacities above 2,000cc. As a result, larger, high-end models have seen the steepest jumps in price.

The Toyota LC 300 Petrol saw the largest increase of all. Its price rose from Rs. 95,000,000 to Rs. 106,000,000, a jump of Rs. 11,000,000. Meanwhile, the Toyota Camry also received a major hike, climbing from Rs. 33,000,000 to Rs. 43,800,000. That marks an increase of Rs. 10,800,000 for the popular sedan.

Additionally, the Toyota LC 250 Petrol 5-Seater now costs Rs. 61,500,000. Previously, it was priced at Rs. 55,000,000, reflecting a rise of Rs. 6,500,000. Similarly, the Toyota LC 250 Diesel increased from Rs. 63,000,000 to Rs. 68,500,000, up by Rs. 5,500,000.

The Toyota LC 250 Petrol 7-Seater also became more expensive. Its price rose from Rs. 60,000,000 to Rs. 63,500,000, an increase of Rs. 3,500,000. Consequently, buyers across nearly every high-capacity imported model now face noticeably higher costs.

These revised prices took effect following the implementation of the Finance Act 2026. Under this act, the government imposed the additional Special Excise Duty on imported vehicles exceeding 2,000cc engine capacity. Finally, this Toyota price increase in Pakistan reflects a broader shift in how the government taxes large imported vehicles going forward.
