Pakistan Players Move Up in Latest T20I Rankings

Pakistan players have largely held their positions in the latest ICC international rankings. However, Fakhar Zaman, Usman Tariq, and Sufiyan Muqeem made small but notable gains. Therefore, the Pakistan T20I rankings show positive movement for several domestic stars. The latest update reflects improved performances in recent T20 internationals. So Pakistan’s representation in global rankings continues strengthening.

Batters’ Rankings

In the ICC T20I batters’ rankings, the top three remain unchanged. India’s Ishan Kishan continues leading the table with the highest points. Furthermore, teammate Abhishek Sharma holds second place in the standings. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan retains third position with 848 points. Therefore, Pakistan T20I rankings feature one player in the global top three.

Saim Ayub and Babar Azam maintained their positions respectively. Specifically, Saim Ayub stays 40th while Babar Azam remains 42nd. Additionally, Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha holds position 44th with 547 points. Meanwhile, opener Fakhar Zaman moved up one place to 71st with 481 points. Therefore, Fakhar’s improvement contributes to the Pakistan T20I rankings advancement.

Bowlers’ Rankings

Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan continues holding the top spot in bowlers’ rankings. Meanwhile, Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed remains second with 736 points. Furthermore, England’s Adil Rashid moved up one place to third with 712 points. Consequently, Adil Rashid overtook India’s Varun Chakaravarthy. Therefore, the global bowling rankings show significant competition for top positions.

Pakistan spinner Mohammad Nawaz remains 12th in the bowlers’ table. Additionally, pacer Salman Mirza stays 20th in the standings. Furthermore, Shaheen Afridi retained his 30th position with 602 points. Therefore, several Pakistani bowlers maintain solid global standing.

All-Rounders’ Rankings

In the ICC T20I all-rounders’ rankings, Saim Ayub climbed one place to second. Consequently, Saim moved ahead of India’s Hardik Pandya, who slipped to third. Meanwhile, Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza continues leading the all-rounders’ rankings. Therefore, Saim Ayub’s improvement strengthens Pakistani representation in this category.

Mohammad Nawaz remains 10th in all-rounders’ rankings overall. Additionally, Shadab Khan occupies 23rd position. Furthermore, Faheem Ashraf and Salman Ali Agha are placed 53rd and 55th respectively. Moreover, Shaheen Afridi retained his 62nd position. Therefore, the Pakistan T20I rankings demonstrate substantial depth across multiple categories and skill sets throughout the squad’s composition.
