Khaadi Lines Up Big IPO Move With Arif Habib on Board

Khaadi IPO

Pakistan’s well-known fashion and retail brand is preparing to enter the stock market. Bloomberg reported that the Khaadi IPO will launch next month. Khaadi Pakistan Ltd. aims to raise between Rs. 6.2 billion and Rs. 8.3 billion through a pre-IPO placement and a public offering. Arif Habib Ltd. is advising the company on the transaction.

The planned fundraising involves 500 million shares in total. Half of these shares form part of a pre-IPO placement, while the remaining 250 million will go to the public. The pre-IPO placement covers 250 million shares at a price range of Rs. 12.40 to Rs. 15.20. Therefore, this portion alone could raise Rs. 3.1 billion to Rs. 3.8 billion.

The reported price range covers only the pre-IPO portion. Another 250 million shares will come through the public offering. Combined, the two transactions could raise as much as Rs. 8.3 billion.

Moreover, the company plans to use the proceeds to support its expansion. This also includes capital expenditure of around Rs. 3.5 billion annually from 2027 onward. Spending at that level points to an ambitious growth plan. Meanwhile, the offering gives the company a way to fund that plan through the market.

Additionally, the brand is converting its conventional outlets into “experience stores.” These stores are designed to offer customers a more immersive brand and shopping environment. Experience stores mark a shift in how the brand wants shoppers to engage with its physical outlets.

Khaadi operates primarily in Pakistan, where it is a familiar name in fashion and retail. However, it also has a presence in the UAE, the UK and the US. The brand’s online presence also reaches more than 200 cities.

The two-stage structure also splits the share sale into separate parts. Arif Habib’s role as adviser gives the transaction professional backing. Finally, investors will now watch how the Khaadi IPO shapes the retailer’s next chapter.
