The iPhone Duo price in Pakistan starts at Rs. 999,599 for the 256GB model and goes up to Rs. 1,479,599 for the 2TB version, according to listings on Telemart, now called TeleX. All four versions of Apple’s first foldable iPhone are listed as PTA-approved with official warranty.
The iPhone Duo opens like a small book. It has a 7.6-inch screen inside and a 5.4-inch screen on the outside, a titanium frame and Apple’s A20 Pro chip, according to Apple. It comes in two colours, star white and night sky.
Up to Rs. 6 lakh above US price
In the US, Apple sells the iPhone Duo from $1,999 to $3,199 before sales tax. Converted at about Rs. 276.85 per dollar, the mid-market rate on October 24, Pakistani buyers pay roughly 67% to 81% more.
| Storage | Pakistan price (TeleX) | US price | US price in rupees | Extra in Pakistan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 256GB | Rs. 999,599 | $1,999 | Rs. 553,400 | Rs. 446,200 |
| 512GB | Rs. 1,079,599 | $2,199 | Rs. 608,800 | Rs. 470,800 |
| 1TB | Rs. 1,239,599 | $2,599 | Rs. 719,500 | Rs. 520,100 |
| 2TB | Rs. 1,479,599 | $3,199 | Rs. 885,600 | Rs. 594,000 |
Most of that gap is import taxes and PTA registration, along with shipping and the seller’s profit. The more expensive the model, the bigger the rupee difference.
Some sellers are advertising lower prices on social media, starting at around Rs. 9 lakh for 256GB and Rs. 13.9 lakh for 2TB. Stock is limited, so buyers should check warranty terms and PTA status before paying.
Pricier than iPhone 18 Pro Max
The folding design costs a lot extra. On the same TeleX listings, the iPhone 18 Pro Max with 256GB costs Rs. 603,999, which is about Rs. 4 lakh less than the iPhone Duo with the same storage.
At the top end, the 2TB iPhone 18 Pro Max is listed at Rs. 1,113,999. The 2TB iPhone Duo costs about Rs. 3.66 lakh more.
Buying abroad? Check eSIM first
Some Pakistanis may try to buy the iPhone Duo abroad and register it here. Apple says the iPhone Duo works only with an eSIM, a digital SIM built into the phone, and has no slot for a physical SIM card.
That means you need a mobile network that supports eSIM before the phone is useful. Check with your operator before you buy.
You will also have to pay the PTA tax to register the phone. The FBR now lets people pay the sales tax on imported phones in monthly instalments until June 30, which can make a costly phone easier to register. Missing even one payment, though, gets the phone blocked.
